This week on Chris's Corner I talk about the best group of YouTube channels in the world, the lofi community! As someone who recently started putting together lofi mixes, I personally have felt the love of the people of this community. In a place where the trolls of the world dwell, it is brilliant to see the flip side of the internet, where the light shines the brightest. As well as talking about the lofi community I also comment on the amazing return of Casey Neistat in New York City. I describe his return as a wave of nostalgia washing over the whole of YouTube and what that could mean for the platform. Finally, I provide you with a smattering of information on the financial collapse, Chelsea FC madness, and the new routine I'm planning for in my new apartment. As always I hope you enjoy this episode and I'll see you this time next week!
This week on Chris's Corner I speak about the utilisation of both running and weight lifting. For many these two types of training are never united. Much rather, they are perceived as negatives to one another. But, I'm here to clarify, that when combined, they are more like two sides of the same coin. Long cardio, whether it be running or another form, increases the cardiovascular capacity for the body allowing longer training sessions. While resistance training increases strength and muscle mass allowing the user to increase their metabolism. Once combined, well... you'll have to listen to see what happens. As always, I hope you enjoy this week's episode and I'll see you this time next week!
This week on Chris's Corner I tackle a range of topics, the main one being Amazon's new show The Rings of Power. As a huge Lord of The Rings nerd I felt it was a good opportunity for Amazon to expand Tolkien's universe with some interesting back story that could utilise some of the tales within the Silmarillion. With some of the negative feedback received from the first few trailers I think I expand on the positives as well as the possible negatives of the show. As well as The Rings of Power, I talk about the current situation within the housing market and my personal experience with finding a new apartment. Finished off with a smattering of financial literacy and the importance of your time. as always I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and I'll see you this time next week!
This week on Chris's Corner I speak with George Taylor my brother from another mother! To celebrate episode 100 I thought talking to a friend who's been there since the beginning would set the tone for the podcast. George and I speak about a range of topics from what RPG video games are worth playing, to lizard people ruling the USA, as well as quitting alcohol in order to focus on your goals. George is a light hearted and fun person to talk to who is taking leaps and bounds in his life, while at the same time providing me with some of his valued time to chat. I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast and as always I hope to see you this time next week!
This week on Chris's Corner I talk about the effects of taking a career break! This video is about my experience taking that time off and whether the opportunity to do so will be for you as well. My career break began in November 2021 and will end in September 2022. During that time, I decided to travel as the pandemic had forced us all into one location for two years and this is not reality. By travelling again it reminded me of how large the world really is. I also go into detail about the importance of taking the time to work on stuff that you actually want to work on rather than have to. There is a big difference! As always I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and I'll see you this time next week!
This week on Chris's Corner I provide some key details on Why Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad will change how you look at your finances. Have you ever wondered where your money goes? Why you're always scraping by? Or maybe you have disposable income and you're just not sure what to do with it! If so this video is for you. Even if you're not either of the two of the above. The majority of people have little to zero financial knowledge and this podcast will give a nice taster of what it means to take control of your finances. As always I hope you enjoy this podcast and I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner myself and Jordan Green complete the Obi Wan Kenobi journey with analysis of the final episode. We breakdown some of the most memorable moments in our opinions and push forward some potential future developments that could be in the next series... if there is one. As well as talking about episode 6, we also go on a few Taylor's Tales Tangents by hyping up the new Lord of The Rings series, The Rings Of Power, and the joys of persuading girlfriends to get into LOTR and Star Wars. On top of all that, there are a hell of a lot of memes and laughs to accompany them, mainly mine. As always I hope you enjoy this week's episode and I'll see you this time next week.
This week on Chris's Corner I speak about an array of topics including the majestic film that is Top Gun Maverick, getting your steps in, gaining joy from being alone, and finding out what you truly love. The best way to describe this podcast is "on the fly". But at the same time I feel like (ha if you watch the video you'll see this word appear) there was some real answers to a stress free lifestyle. I'm not saying I have the answers to your problems haha, far from it, however, there does seem to be some serious practicalities that I describe that you can actually implement. Therefore, I'm not just chatting shit for chatting shit sake. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and as always I'll see you this time next week!
