This week on Chris's Corner I tackle a couple of topics that I'v found interesting over the past couple of weeks. Starting off with the Batman, an epic film directed by Matt Reeves and starring Robert Pattinson as the Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Catwomen, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin. I go into the analysis of why I think this is the best depiction of the Batman yet and how Robert Pattison made this version of the Batman his own. Another super hero film that caught my attention was Moon knight. I had very low expectations for the tv series Moon knight staring Oscar Isaacs as the split personality main character and Ethan Hawke as the main antagonist. However, the series surprised me with well written dialogue and fantastic character development of which I highlight within the podcast. As well as all that I topic off with a sprinkling of Will Smith's Oscar Slap, the Stock Market's volatility, and the tough times you may face between jobs. As always I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I speak on one of my favourite topics of all time, running! This episode goes from my humble beginnings of struggling to run my first four miles at a 12 minute per mile pace, to the point where I can run an average of 7:45 minute per mile. The greatest thing about running for me was the way it changed my mental clarity and allowed me to utilise the darker side of my personality to fuel myself to tackle greater goals. As I say in this podcast it's not just for runners. This is about finding a cardiovascular activity that you love and can push yourself in. Once you find that feeling I can promise you that your progress will be limitless! Anyway, enough Gary V like inspirational BS. This podcast gives you some specifics as well in order to become a better runner and doesn't just focus on my journey. As always I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast and I will see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I've put together an interview with Tim Dillon. This podcast includes some of my favourites clips of Tim looking like he is responding to my questions and statements. From the war in Ukraine to Austin Texas being a dump this podcast only scratches the surfaces of the comedic genius that is Tim Dillon. These podcast are always the hardest to put together because there is so much quality content to edit through but always worth it in the end. I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast and as always I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I speak on the topics of the war in the Ukraine, Kanye going nuts, Chelsea being sanction and Abramovich's assets being frozen, and much more. I try to keep the topic of being's homes being bombed as light as I can when comes down to such a dark topic. The hilarity behind the actions of the major western powers can really be summarised by the title of this podcast. As well as the war there is some fun news going on to distract us all such as the new Obi Wan Kenobi series and soon to be the cinema awards season, to remind us all how poor we really are. I kid, but nonetheless meaningless in comparison to real world problems. As always I hope you enjoy this week's podcast and I hope to see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I talk about all I've learned from the two months I spent travelling through Mexico and USA. The main topics covered are the best and worst parts of travelling through the USA and Mexico. From the types of people you'll meet, the hostels you'll stay at, and the locations that could be your destinations. There's also the question of how to stay consistent when travelling and maintaining a routine as well as the option for working while travelling. All of this is thought through on this podcast and hopefully provides you with some good tips. As always I hope you enjoy this weeks podcast and I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I talk about my adventures in Washington DC and New York City. As well as the places I've visited I talk about the differences between the types of freedom held in the USA vs Europe. There are plenty of things to do in New York and I like to think it's a city for everyone to visit and to live in. However, I also talk about the realities of the East coast as well as all the amazing qualities that DC and New York City have to offer. I also address a quote from the great Henry Rollins which talks about the difference between the US and the rest of the world. As always I hope you enjoy this week's episode and I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I talk about the ups and downs of finding destinations that don't have a lot going on for them! What do you do when you don't have much to do you take the piss out of it on your podcast! I joke, I like to think I go into some relatively good detail on why Austin and Denver lacked that wow factor. Plus I go into the importance of a hostel's atmosphere can play on how good an experience you have in the destination. This is a short podcast this week due to the environment of recording being a little sketchy so next week I will make up for it in New York City! As always I hope you enjoyed this weeks podcast and I hope to see you here this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I am in Denver and talk about my adventures in San Francisco and Las Vegas. A mini rant maybe present within this podcast talking about the homeless problem in the US which you may find useful if you are visiting the US or funny either way it's a win. As well as that I talk about my favourite parts of San Francisco like visiting the golden gate bridge and the twin peaks or the option for visiting Yosemite park on a day trip. The conflict I have about Vegas is also something I explain and how you may be considering whether to visit or not based off your interests. As always I hope you enjoy this weeks episode and I'll see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I talk about my time in Los Angeles and San Diego. Something I didn't realise I was going to talk about until I was well into the episode was the importance of appreciation for hard work paying off. What do I mean by that? Well, in this case it is the difference between me in 2012 and me running along the beautiful beach of Santa Monica in 2022. Appreciation for moments like this are truly important. If you talked to the 2012 version of yourself what would you say? Would the 2012 version of you be proud of the 2022 version? When talking about the California recommendations and tips I realised how lucky I am and taking time to talk about that may help others. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this week's episode and as always I see you this time next week!

This week on Chris's Corner I speak about the best and worst parts of travelling through Mexico. Diving into the nitty gritty of Mexico I provide a good overview of what to expect when landing here. From the delicious food to the party scene I don't hold back on the harsh truth as well as the sparkly positives. Mexico has a lot to offer but you need to have a good idea of where to visit and what you want to achieve in order to have the best time possible. All travellers and holiday makers have different wants and needs when having a holiday or travelling across a country. But I think I give a realistic view of what you can expect and how to get the most out of Mexico! I hope you enjoy this weeks episode and as always I hope to see you this time next week!
