We dive in to what the differences are between religion and spirituality, becoming more spirituality awakened, and nature vs nurture. Onyeka provides some excellent perspective on his experiences becoming more connected during the pandemic. As well as analysing the deep stuff myself and Onyeke have a laugh and understand that the topics we cover are very diverse and require some comedy. I speak about the effects of certain food groups, diets, and life styles. But I do not label foods as bad or good but rather as higher calorie and higher in minerals/vitamins. As well as the serious stuff I chuck in some fun facts about food that lighten the mood and hopefully make you smile. We are starting a new series that focuses on the Christopher Nolan Batman films, but before we take on Batman Begins we wanted to analyse the character of Batman. Ollie and I go through some of the Batman appearances such as Batman Returns, Batman No Man's Land, and Batman Arkham knight which provide different perspectives on the character.
