Chris’s Corner Episode #102 How Weight Lifting and Running are the Ultimate Combo!

This week on Chris's Corner I speak about the utilisation of both running and weight lifting. For many these two types of training are never united. Much rather, they are perceived as negatives to one another. But, I'm here to clarify, that when combined, they are more like two sides of the same coin. Long cardio, whether it be running or another form, increases the cardiovascular capacity for the body allowing longer training sessions. While resistance training increases strength and muscle mass allowing the user to increase their metabolism. Once combined, well... you'll have to listen to see what happens.
